Terms of ServiceWe are not responsible for orders placed before the price reduction.
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
Orders placed on Monday thru Friday (before 12.00PM) usually take 1 to 2 business days to process, before shipping. Orders placed on Friday (after 12.00PM), Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on next business day.
We normally ship customer's orders within one to two business days of receipt of your order and payment. You'll receive an E-mail confirming your order and a second E-mail from USPS with your shipping information including tracking numbers.
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS services if not instructed otherwise. USPS ground service may take 5 to 7 working days for delivery depending on your shipping location. We have no control over USPS Carriers suggested arrival times. We will not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
The shipping rate shown on the order form is only estimated shipping charge. (If box size exceeds, additional charges apply).
Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, Puerto Rico and Bahamas UPS Next day only and additional charges may apply.
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders are subject to a $15.00 or 25% re-stocking charge which ever is greater, in addition to all applicable credit card and associated fees.
For your convenience we gladly accept; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept personal checks.
14 Day Return/Exchange Policy:
You may return or exchange your on-line purchases within the first 14 days. Returns and exchanges exceeding $100 will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please include a a copy of your original invoice noting the items you are returning. Also please explain what you would like us to do (exchange for what or why returned). All returns or exchanges MUST be accompanied by the Invoice, be returned in the original packaging and be in the same condition it was shipped to you in. All merchandise must be returned free from any defect and must have the handtags still attached. We will not accept any return if the item has been used or damaged for any reason. Returns will be credited back to the same credit card as the original charge.
Shipping and handling charges are not eligible to be refunded.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on accidental breakage.
If returning to us by mail, we recommend that you send your package via a traceable method (FedEx, UPS or insured mail) and you may want to insure your package. L & R is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged in shipping.
Please contact (firstname.lastname@example.org) within two days upon receipt of your order. Be sure to include your name, invoice number and the item(s) you are wanting to return. You must make this request and return the item(s) within 14 days to qualify (less shipping & handling and a 10% restocking fee). You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
All items marked 'Clearance' are excluded from this policy and are not refundable.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for the return to be processed and credited to your account.
